Manufacturer's Warranty Issues:	Every manufacturer that we represent has their own warranty specifications depending on the product. Please call us for any possible manufacturer warranty issues. We will be happy to look into the matter for you, or refer you directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
Return Policy:	Step 1: Call our toll free number 1-866-777-1360 within 30 days of receiving your order to receive an RMA Number. RMA# becomes invalid after 30 days. Step 2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of your packing slip with your RMA Number. Step 3: Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless damaged or shipped incorrectly. A restocking fee of 15% on the amount returned.
International Orders:	We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
