All Lockout Tagout programs need Lockout tags. In fact, OSHA requires the use of these types of these tags. Lockout tags are essentially warning labels attached by a string or wire to the lock that has locked the power switch in the off position. These labels are not meant to restrain the machine itself! With that being said, it is paramount that legible tags are used in tandem with LOTO locks.

All of 5S Today’s LOTO tags are both OSHA and ANSI complaint when it comes to labeling. Each tag comes in three different thicknesses: 10mil, 15mil, or 20mil. You can choose which one is best based on how harsh of an environment these tags will be enduring.
