We can ship products to virtually any address in the world with a few limitations on specific products.
We estimate the shipping and delivery dates when an order is placed. The delivery estimate is based on the availability of the items purchased and the shipping options selected. Our most utilized transit providers are UPS and FedEx. Large and heavy products are typically shipped freight. Please consult the map for estimated shipping transit times.
The cutoff times for same day shipping are:
- 10AM PST (1PM EST) for orders shipping from our Tennessee Warehouse
- 1PM PST (4PM EST) for orders shipping from our Oregon warehouse.
Not all products are eligible for same day shipping.

Custom Products are defined as any product containing the word “custom”, “customized”, or “customizable” in the product title, product description, in the add to cart region of the product page, in text elsewhere on the product page, and/or that require modification to complete to customer specifications. We will provide customers with a proof of each Custom Product to be verified and approved by the customer in writing. Due to the nature of Custom Products, orders for Custom Products cannot be canceled or modified once approved by the customer. Additionally, Custom Product orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Special Orders are defined as any order that is atypically large or complex, as defined by Creative Safety Supply. Most high-ticket orders qualify as Special Orders. Most Special Orders will be indicated as such on the quote received by the customer, however, not all Special Orders will be indicated on the quote. Due to the complexities involved in Special Orders, once an order has been entered or 6 hours after receipt (whichever comes first), Creative Safety Supply may designate any order as a Special Order. Special Order quantities, products, and prices are to be verified and approved by the customer in writing. Due to the atypical nature of Special Orders, these orders are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once approved by the customer.
All Other Products and Orders
For all other products and orders, to be considered for return/refund all items must be new, unopened, and received back at Creative Safety Supply within 30 days of the initial purchase.
We try our best to process all returns quickly and efficiently. Once you send the product back to us, if approved you can expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks at the latest. However, please keep in mind that in many cases you will receive your refund much sooner. This time period includes multiple factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to) the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 5 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days –depending upon your bank).
If you have received a product that you would like to request a return, the process to return is simple. Please call Customer Support at 1-866-402-4776 to set up a return authorization request and receive an RMA # before shipping your item(s) back to us. We will also keep you informed on the status of your return request. We do this by notifying you via e-mail regarding you the status of your return once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
